Once again I find myself sitting on another flight flying to yet another country. Flights always make me think for some reason. I guess it’s just because I finally have hours to just sit and get lost in my thoughts,diving deep into the past month and remembering all the Lord has taught me. At the end of each country we always do a team debrief and one of the most common questions is, “What has the Lord been teaching you in this season?” This question gets me every time. I never know where to even begin because the Lord has been truly teaching me so much!

This season I felt the Lord teaching me how to spiritually fight,developing the gifts He’s created me with, and the power of intercession. He has brought me so much joy through hours of prayer and worship! If you’ve never spent time face to the ground pouring your heart out to the Lord, I beg you to try it! He has met me time and time again!

God is so good, it literally makes me so happy just thinking of His faithfulness!

A verse the Lord has continued to play in my mind is the first part of Psalms 18:34, “He trains my hands for battle…” and has been such a great summary of this season.

   PRAYER REQUEST FOR THE PHILIPPINES

We will be working with kids and teens,so prayers over the ministries that we will be working with and that the Lord would give us His heart and eyes for His people there. Pray for safety over our teams,unity, and that the Lord’s presence would just rest so heavily over us.

Leadership has also made a decision to swap all of our team leaders into different groups for the health of the squad and to give us a chance to learn under different leadership. It’s been kind of difficult for my team because we absolutely love our leader, she has lead us so well, invested so much in us much, and is truly our best friend. So not being able to experience this next season with her has brought a lot of tears but I am so incredibly proud of my team for keeping a positive mindset, seeing the Lords’s hand in it all, and encouraging the people around them to do the same.

Ok, side note but let me just say, the girls on my team are the most amazing women of God and I love them SO incredibly much!! I’ve had the blessing of witnessing incredible transformation in each of there lives and it’s truly been the coolest thing I’ve ever experienced!!
